On the 16th of august 2004
i had a beautiful baby girl i named her chloe marie blackmore
she appeared to be healthy.
then when she was just ten weeks old we discovered she had a terrible disease called cystic
ffibrosis.we were all very upset especially when the doctors said that there was not a cure for
this.
we only found out chloe had the cf through a heel prick that all new borns have.
i got a telephone call from the cystic ffibrosis nurse at alderhey telling me that chloes blood
tests came back abnormal and that i had to bring chloe in the next day first thing for more tests to
be done.
then they told me that she had cystic ffibrosis.
we were all heartbroken. How could my perfect baby be ill.
you would nothink it too look at her she looked healthy.
then chloe took bad that night and was rushed to whiston hospital.
she was in a few days then came home two weeks later she was in again this carried on and then in
febuary 2005 she was taken in again and contracted MRSA in the throat chloe remained in alderhey til
she sadly slipped away on 31st may 2005 at 12.45am. i will never forget that terrible day. Chloe was
my life and world along with her sister Emily Elizabeth.Chloe was burried on 8th june at st helens
crematorium there was alot of people who turned up to chloe's funeral over 500 people where there to
say goodbye to my little angel. You suffered so much darlin more than anyone could cope with. We are
so proud of you babes
Iam proud to of been your mummy and emily is proud to of been your sister. After what you went
through you still lit up a room by well just being there.our brave little princess
we love and miss so much angel goodnight our little princess we will always love and miss you.You
will never ever be forgotten babes

hello baby
saturday was so hard for us baby
because it was your birthday emily was upset and all she kept saying was mummy i miss chloe' i said so does mummy baby emily asked me could she talk about chole i told her yes of course you can babes.
we laughed and cried at the memories we had of you
whilst emily was having her dinner she was given a slice of birthday cake as it was my friends sons 6th birthday
Emily said mummy can i bury this with chloe
my friend said 'Chloe doesn't need it where she is babes because she's having a bigger party in heaven.
Emily replied that's not fair. She's having a party and she hasn't invited us. i gave her some pocket money on saturday she ended up with £6 and emily said mummy can i bury this with chloe i told her chloe didn't need it
and she said well can i buy her something then i told her that would be lovely we went to the shop and saw a beautiful teddy emily ran straight to it and picked it up 'can we buy her this one mummy' we bought it and Emily gave it 2 cuddles and 2 kisses and said i love you loads and loads angel when my friend asked why she did that she said 2 special kisses and 2 special cuddles for chloe so she doesn't feel left out. This is what mummy used to do when chloe was alive and still does for me.

we wanted to spend the day there sweetheart but it's so hard.
